Two monologues do not make a dialogue
The most common pitfall in incident response and management is communication and, in highly demanding situations, communications, even between responders themselves, can sometimes become very challenging. In this eventuality, understanding the pressures and priorities of the other partner agencies could lead to enhanced communications and a more joined up response. We have worked closely with colleagues from a wide range of public and private sector organisations such as Emergency Services, Primary Care Trusts, Utility operators and Voluntary Groups for a number of years. As a result of this we understand their needs and complexities and can provide an informed insight into how all of the partner agencies will operate in a major incident. As a result of this our extensive knowledge allows us to tailor our training and consultancy packages to help you engage more effectively with other Category 1 and 2 Responders. Examples of the services we offer include alert and activation protocol development, training packages, incident simulation and testing or exercising. Please contact us for further information or an informal discussion, and find out how we can help you today. |
